Giant Swiss Roll

Great fun making my first cake roll!  From So Yummy's cookbook.  Get the recipe HERE.  The perfect chocolatey and marshmallowy treat.  Very lightweight and delicious (the cake is made mostly with egg whites).  I feel it had just a TOUCH too much salt, so when I make it again, I will put a bit less in.  I'll also try a second coat of melted chocolate over the outside after the first coat hardens.  I just feel like you can never have too much chocolate :)
