Mmmmmm! These were the first of three sprinkle-filled/topped treats I made for my son's 3rd birthday. It took me a few tries to make them the size I wanted and baked the perfect amount of time. These surprised me at how much they spread out. I wanted tiny cookies, and I had to put REALLY small balls of batter on the sheet. In the end, they were cute and perfect. These are definitely SWEET cookies. SWEET and delicious.

Just because I happened to have some, I split the chocolate chips up between regular semi-sweet and mini semi sweet. The mini ones were perfect for the tiny cookies I wanted. I wonder if they make mini white chocolate chips...? If so, I'd just use mini everything.
