This granola comes to us from Cookie + Kate. Read her helpful tips! I have made this granola with maple syrup, I have made it with honey, and I have made it with half and half. The jury is still out on which way I like it best. I perhaps had the best clumping success with the half and half. This granola is abso-freaking-lutely DELICIOUS. I chose to mix in a bunch of coconut halfway through baking, and I topped it with dried cherries (cut in half to make them last through more granola) and sweetened dried wild blueberries. You could do so many variations with different seeds or fruit or chocolate chips... Mmmmm! This granola was so easy and fun to make, I will never go back to store-bought. What are you waiting for?
